Tex-Mach, Inc. was the sole surplus equipment dealer for our 19+ manufacturing facilities over an 8 year period.  TMI was instrumental in the negotiation, sales, warehousing, and the removal of equipment from several manufacturing plants including facilities in Opelika, Alabama; Tarboro, North Carolina; Kannapolis, North Carolina; Columbus, Georgia; Salisbury, North Carolina; and Hawkinsville, Georgia.  TMI also partnered with our legal/financial team and the bankruptcy court to manage asset sales during our 1st bankruptcy.  During the firms 2nd bankruptcy proceedings, TMI played an instrumental role backing and providing services to other bidders which helped increase the sales price from $56 million to $121 million during the auction for the companies’ equipment, plants, and brand names.  I would recommend Tex-Mach, Inc. as a valued partner who is knowledgeable, dependable, and able to meet or exceed your expectations on equipment values and sales.
